
Refunds are processed based on the type of service booked and the timing of the cancellation request. Not all services are eligible for a full refund.

Once a refund request is approved, it typically takes 7-10 working days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method.
Certain services such as peak-season hotel bookings, special event tickets, or non-refundable flight fares cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
In case of trips cancelled due to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions, we will attempt to provide a credit note for future travel or a partial refund after deducting non-recoverable costs from vendors.
