2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. To confirm a booking, a partial or full payment may be required as per the service type. Payments can be made via authorized channels only.

Prices are subject to change based on seasonal demand, fuel prices, or government taxes without prior notice.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be informed in writing or via our official contact numbers. Cancellation charges apply based on the proximity to the travel date:

• More than 7 days before travel: Minimal processing fee.
• 3 to 7 days before travel: 50% of the booking amount.
• Less than 3 days before travel: Non-refundable.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining valid travel documents (ID proofs, visas), and adhering to the safety instructions provided by our drivers or guides.

5. Liability

Kaswa Travels acts as a facilitator for travel services. We are not liable for delays, losses, or injuries caused by unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
